Owner buys the Crew pack, sends invites by email. Each member sets up their own card under the team account. Pro features come with the seat (lead capture, analytics, CSV export).
Shared brand, individual cards
Your team logo and two brand colors apply across every member's card. Each member edits their own name, title, contact info. Optional per-member opt-out if someone wants a personal-look card.
Lifetime math beats every subscription
5 seats on HiHello Business: $1,500 over 5 years. Same 5 seats on Uniqode: $1,800. Our 5-seat Family Pack: $149 once. The break-even is month 18, every month after is free.
Common questions
What are the seat tiers and prices?
Starter Crew: $99 for 3 seats. Family Pack: $149 for 5. Crew Ten: $249 for 10. All one-time, lifetime. Owner is included in the seat count.
Do members need to create a separate account?
They register via the invite link in their email. Quick onboarding, no separate purchase, no credit card needed from them.
What happens when a team member leaves?
Owner removes them from the dashboard. The seat returns to the pool. The departed member's card becomes inactive on the team account; they can continue on a free or paid individual account if they want.
Can I bulk-onboard 25 people at once?
Not yet. Current invite flow is one at a time. Larger team tooling (CSV bulk invites, SSO, custom domain) is on the roadmap. Email support@digitalqrcard.com if you need that today.
Do you do white-label for franchises?
Logo and 2 brand colors today. Full white-label with custom domain (cards.your-brand.com) is on the roadmap, not shipped. If you need it now, HiHello Business or Mobilo are the better fit; come back when ours ships.
