Every trade show contact in your CRM by Monday
Trade shows, conferences, sales meetings, networking events. You hand out 100 cards a week, your CRM gets 0 new entries. The math is broken. Fix it with a QR that captures the lead, tracks the scan, and ships to your CRM the day after.

The output a week later is a stack of paper cards and a vague memory of who said what. Half the cards never make it into the CRM. The other half get typed in with mistakes. Cold follow-up sends the wrong email to the wrong person and the lead goes cold. Digital QR Card flips the model: the visitor scans your code, fills in a short capture form, and lands in your dashboard with email, name, company, and an optional note about what they're looking for — all before they see your contact info. By Monday you export to your CRM. The math is brutal in the other direction too: if your show booth costs $8k and your follow-up captures 3x more usable leads, the math on lifetime cost-per-card is irrelevant compared to the deals you stop losing in the gap between handshake and Monday morning.
How this works for you
Trade show lead capture
Visitor scans your QR, enters their email before they see your card. Every lead in your dashboard with a timestamp and the event source. Compare that to the bowl of paper cards at the end of the day.
CSV export to any CRM
Export contacts as CSV from your dashboard. Import into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close. No native integration yet, but the CSV import works on all of them.
Know who actually opened your card
Real-time analytics on Premium plans: who scanned, when, from what country. Tells you which prospects are still warm two weeks after the event so you know who to follow up.
Common questions
Does it integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot natively?
Not yet. CSV export works for both. Native CRM sync is on the roadmap for paid plans.
Can I use it for a 10-person sales team?
Yes. Our Crew packs cover 3, 5, or 10 seats one-time ($99/$149/$249). Each rep gets their own card and their own contacts. Optional shared branding across the team.
What about lead capture on a tradeshow booth where multiple people scan at once?
Every scan is logged independently. No rate limit on scans. Lead capture form can be required (visitor must submit before seeing your card) or optional.
Does the QR work without internet?
The QR contains a URL. The visitor needs internet to see your card. For dead-zone venues, the iOS Apple Wallet pass works offline once added.
Can I A/B test different card designs at the same event?
Up to 3 cards on Premium, 7 on Business, plus the founding-member lifetime gets 3. You'd point different QRs at different cards to test which converts.
